Chili Oil Noodles | Judy Kim, NYT ~ Super-easy & fast to throw together. Udon noodles (similar pasta like linguine or even spaghetti would work fine) dressed with spicy Sichuan-style sauce - chili crisp oil (such as Lao Gan Ma brand), sesame oil, soy sauce, finely sliced garlic chives or green onions, finely chopped cilantro, & store-bought fried shallots (could sub chopped roasted peanuts or even French's Fried Onions). #Asian-style
